  • Ensure that the client’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, key messages and identity – creative and corporate – are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, include digital analyses and evaluation of KPIs. This covers quality and timeframe targets.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns, using a cost per hour and profit per hour model paired with holistic analysis of individual client expectations.

  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

You will also require excellent verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face to face. You will need to manage the organisation’s output effectively and intervene if works are not flowing as per a plan. Intervention requires the approval of a Creative Director, but it will be your job to devise and propose a solution that presents real-world and profitable opportunity.

  • Numerical Skills:We require an individual who is proficient with numbers. You will need to acquire and analyse data on a daily basis, and use it to target selected audiences, segment campaigns and drive results. You will also need to numerically analyse the success of campaigns, justify choices and learn from them.
  • A 1st Class or 2:1 degree ideally in marketing, but graduates who have majored in other business or humanities subjects will be eligible for application if relevant modular experience can be provided.

Following successful completion of the Campaign Manager Internship (3 month trial period) you will be promoted to Campaign Manager. Salary will be reviewed.

As a new role, you will then enter a 3 month probationary period for your full time middle management role with a salary review following successful completion of your probationary period.
